Update.

Christmas came and went and then BAM a new year! We have been pretty much swamped with house stuff and work.  I am stressed to the MAX but Lincoln is always telling me "everything will be fine".  I know it will it just seems like alot of big things are happening within the next few months. 

The house update: we have painted all of the rooms, ripped out the entire kitchen (AHHH) and are now in the process of getting a new kitchen put in! We are very excited for the new look the house will have. 

In baby news I am half way there! 20 weeks!! I finally got my doctor's appointment scheduled and my ultrasound! So the poll will go on until the 19th when we find out if we're having a boy or a girl!  I will make sure to post as soon as we know! 

I will post pictures of the holidays and of the casa soon. 

There's a baby in there...I promise.

Goodbye Utah. Hello California.

We made it to California! I don't really know how the past few weeks have gone by so fast but somehow I have finished college and we have packed and moved to California.

My mom came out and helped us pack and move. The roads were scary and looking back I don't know how we made it alive. The drive took about 17 hours given the road conditions but we made it in one day.

So far in California we have gone to the ward Christmas breakfast, made sugar cookies, and watched football (well...Lincoln has).

We are very excited to continue to spend time with the fam and have a great Christmas!

A few weeks of crazy.

So we closed on our condo in Concord, California this last week! We are first time homeowners! Yikes! So the next few weeks and months entails some serious work but we will survive!

1. Pack the house.
2. Take finals.
3. Pack the moving truck.
4. Drive two cars to California before Christmas.
5. Do Christmas shopping.
6. Have an amazing Christmas in California.
7. Move in with my parentals for a month.
8. Get a job.
9. Fix up the house.
10. Move into the house.

Thanksgiving Happenings.

This year my family spent Thanksgiving in Park City with my Uncle Jon's familia. We had a blast. Here are a few pics and events of note.
Veronica (i.e. Paris Hilton/Snowbunny) skied with the kiddos for the first time and was awesome!Dewman, VeNae and Victoria trailed behind Vero, but they were all practical pros by the end.
Due to the baby paranoia Lincoln and I mostly watched the sking but we did go ice skating and it was way fun (PS I am hidden under that eskimo hood).

And my mom and I made a really awesome gingerbread house. Overall the trip was full of fun, relaxing and some much needed family time. Lincoln and I can't wait to move to California in a few weeks.
